Who leads Usha Consulting?
Ritesh Sharma, a Chemical Engineer with a diploma in Industrial Safety and a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, with 30 years of HSE experience across construction, consultancy, oil & gas, FMCG, and chemical industries. He is a certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015 auditor, CE marking auditor for PPE certification, and an approved PSCI (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative) auditor.
What kind of audits do you conduct?
HSE due diligence, legal compliance, PSCI, PSM gap assessments (per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 and CCPS), environment risk audits, electrical safety audits, fire safety audits, and more — 300+ audits completed to date.
Do you provide training?
Yes — in-company and open courses, delivered face-to-face or via webinar, for managers, engineers, and operators. Topics include PSM, HAZOP, LOTO, scaffolding, machine guarding, incident investigation, and more, with 1,200+ training man-hours delivered.
What is Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and do you offer it?
Yes — we conduct HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, BowTie, HIRA, Dust Hazard Assessment (DHA), and QRA studies. We have completed 250+ PHA studies as facilitators/chairpersons.
